I will not under any circumstances draw underaged or child-like NSFW artwork (this includes chibi art)

I will draw Guro/Gore, but it is on a case-by-case basis

I prefer to draw human/humanoid & anthro art, but please ask if you have any questions about particular characters

I will draw fanart, but not of underaged or child-like characters (I also prefer to be familiar with the character I am drawing)

I have the right to deny any/all requests

Payment only accepted through paypal invoice. I will allow payment through my paypal.me page only in special circumstances

I have the right to turn down any/all requested commissions. If you have any question as to why I have chose to decline, feel free to ask. Please see my do's and don'ts section for an idea of what I will/will not accept

I do NOT work on a first come first serve basis; I work on commissions in batches based on their type, not their order of receiving said commission

Refunds are available if I have not started work on your commission. If I have started your commission, I will not offer a refund, and you will receive the completed work

If you ask for a refund "Because you need the money back" or any other form of buyers' remorse, I will supply a refund according to my normal refunding rules; however you will be put on my blacklist, and I will no longer do business with you in the future

I prefer to have a picture for referece; if you don't have one, please give a specific description w/ individual images for hair/colors/etc. I will do my best to be as accurate to your vision as possible, but I may not get it exact. PLease keep this in mind if you do not provide an accurate image reference. You will still be required to pay for the art, even if it does not come out exactly as you envisioned.

I will only send WIP pictures if you request me to do so. You may make some suggestions & alterations when I send a WIP, but if there are too many things changed I will start charging for alterations based on the time I spend additionally on the commission. You are not permitted to post my unfinished artwork ever

I am not the fastest artist in the world, and quality takes time! If you have any questions about how your art is coming along, feel free to message me. I will give you a status update. Please keep in mind I do manage everything myself, so it might take some time to answer your messages. I also ask that you please not spam me with update requests if you have already been sufficiently updated on where you are in my queue

If you have a specific due date for a piece, you must let me know ahead of time. I do have other projects & commissions that I work on at the same time, and some take priority over others. I am not responsible for due dates if you do not inform me of them. If I am told later of a due date that you must have the art done by, I may charge an additional rush fee for pushing your commission above others'

Finished artwork will be sent via the social media site initially contacted on, unless otherwise specified, or sent to the paypal email provided for invoicing

Commissioners understand that I maintain rights to my artwork, and am allowed to use commissioned work for promotional purposes for myself (ex. portfolios, commission examples, & promotional advertising/commission sheets)

All finished artwork will be posted to my social media networking sites. If you do not wish for your art to be posted, please let me know ahead of time (you may be charged an extra fee for private commission work)

You as the commissioner have only Personal Rights to the artwork that I provide you with, unless you have paid an additional fee for commercial use rights. You may not redistribute, mass produce or sell my artwork without these commercial use rights

You are required to give me credit when using or reposting your commissioned artwork anywhere publicly

You may not trace, edit, redraw or claim sole ownership/creation of the artwork you commission. I will file a DMCA takedown for any work that has been altered or not credited properly
